Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an HSE Engineer to lead health, safety and environmental compliance across operations in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar. The role focuses on developing and implementing HSE policies, conducting training, and coordinating with regulators and clients.

Responsibilities include managing documentation, KPI reporting, and ensuring permits and certifications are in place. A NEBOSH certification and a BTech in Engineering are required, with 6–8 years of HSE experience and a UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in mechanical/industrial discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is mandatory.
• 6–8 years of relevant HSE experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and local regulatory requirements across UAE, Oman, and Qatar
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and inductions for employees, contractors, and site personnel
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders on HSE compliance, permits, and certifications
• Maintain HSE documentation, statistics, and KPI reporting (LTIFR, TRIR, etc.) for management review
