Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive HSE professional to own the HSE Plan across UAE projects. You will collaborate with the EQS team, project management, contractors, and clients to ensure safety compliance and smooth operations.

You will develop and review HSE plans, deliver monthly performance insights, and lead on-site safety initiatives while upholding Siemens Energy's standards and regulatory requirements. Fresh graduates to 3 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, EHS or relevant field with NEBOSH certificate.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of HSE experience on live projects.
Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing workplace safety.
Demonstrated leadership to drive site-wide compliance.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for risk evaluation and continuous HSE improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review the site's HSE Plan for UAE projects.
Deliver monthly HSE performance reporting to Client and Project Management.
Advise Project Management, engineers, and subcontractors on HSE best practices and regulations.
Lead toolbox talks and HSE meetings with site representatives.
Conduct proactive site monitoring to identify unsafe practices and gaps.
Uphold QA procedures and regulatory compliance across all site activities.
