Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or similar role preferred.
• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality required or preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep, record and secure all keys and papers in the Housekeeping Office.
• Sort daily activity reports and maintain orderly records in Housekeeping.
• Answer calls promptly with professional telephone etiquette.
• Record incoming calls, relay messages and follow up as needed.
• Handle Lost & Found processes: receiving, recording, storage, and release.
• Maintain housekeeping files and ensure office cleanliness and tidiness.
• Print and update Opera room discrepancy reports; coordinate with Accounts and Front Office.
• Arrange babysitting for guests and prepare attendance sheets for payroll.
• Archive outdated reports monthly according to hotel standards.
