Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to supervise and train Housekeeping Attendants.
• Opera knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Housekeeping Attendants' work assignments.
• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.
• Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants.
• Inspect areas and report maintenance needs.
• Attend daily briefings and follow special instructions.
• Handle VIP notes and guest special requests.
• Assist with inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Hand over found articles to the lost and found.
• Ensure compliance with standards and quality.
