Radisson is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Fujairah to warmly welcome guests and manage check‑in and check‑out processes on-site. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and billing with attention to accuracy, while promoting hotel services to elevate the guest experience.

The role requires strong communication and a customer‑centric mindset, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Experience in front offices or guest services in hospitality is preferred, and fluency in English is

• Front office or guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Process reservations, payments and billing accurately.
• Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance guest experience.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless stays.
• Deliver service in line with Radisson standards.
