Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk or guest services role.
• Excellent spoken and written English; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and reservation systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Process reservations, payments and billing accurately.
• Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays.
• Deliver exceptional service in line with Radisson standards.
