Job summary

Enhance On Demand Labors Supply is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environment, health and safety activities at our Fujairah site. You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, NEBOSH IGC, and proven EHS management experience in industrial settings; on-site work in Fujairah is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• Solid experience in EHS/HSE management in industrial, manufacturing or site-based operations.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification required.
• NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH membership and ISO 45001/14001 Auditor certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation and EHS management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Fujairah.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and applicable industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, safety audits and hazard identification.
• Lead incident/accident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor EHS performance and prepare regular reports and improvement plans.
• Organize safety training, toolbox talks and employee awareness programs.
• Manage emergency response procedures and safety drills.
• Work closely with operational teams to build and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and external parties on EHS matters when required.
