Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a seasoned HSSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, Security & Environmental operations across its automotive facilities in the UAE. You will drive compliance with regulations, lead risk assessments, and advance safety programs to improve employee welfare.

The role includes auditing sites, coordinating emergency plans, and steering ISO certification initiatives, with a focus on Zero Accidents and continuous improvement within a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or relevant field.
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in health and safety, security or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement, coordinate and manage HSSE operations across Al-Futtaim Automotive facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead change initiatives and drive ISO certification efforts.
• Conduct site visits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and training
• Oversee access control, permits, and 0-accident safety objectives
