Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Facilities Manager.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with training experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, gain consensus for, and implement the Best Practice/ Building Operation Plan for assigned portfolio.
• Prepare annual budgets for NCR and coordinate with suppliers to deliver the budget with best practice FM support.
• Manage Scope of Services, SLAs and KPIs with CRE and NCR BU to support FM budget.
• Ensure regular management reports track operational and financial performance.
• Lead and coordinate with vendors, contractors and building staff to deliver high quality service.
