Job summary

JLL in United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee facilities management, health and safety compliance, and contract performance across active sites. • Knowledge of HS&E regulations and compliance
• Experience in facilities management and contractor oversight

Responsibilities

• Operate and deliver services per regional and country master plan; ensure KPIs, savings targets and best practice procedures
• Perform periodic property inspections and review vendor services
• Ensure no outages or disruptions due to maintenance; report on KPIs and complete audits and CSA reporting
• Lead fixed assets management from log maintenance to disposals; coordinating with site facilities manager
• Prepare and maintain property administrative procedures and records; manage budgets and capital planning inputs
• Participate in after-hours stand-by and call-out procedures; collaborate with other account managers
• Ensure adherence to client engineering KPIs and SLAs; support technical staff and authorized persons
• Understand lease/license implications on operation; keep Site Facilities Manager informed of impact events
• Mentor the FM team; develop teamwork and supervise electrical, mechanical and preventive maintenance staff
• Plan and direct work of facilities staff and contractors at the property
