Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver services per regional master plan and ensure KPI targets.
• Perform periodic property inspections and review vendor services.
• Ensure no outages due to maintenance; report performance.
• Lead fixed assets management from logs to disposals.
• Prepare and maintain property admin procedures and budgets.
• Lead and report People Management; mentor team.
• Direct Electrical, Mechanical, and maintenance technicians.
• Plan and assign work for facilities staff and contractors.
