Job summary

Jacky's Business Solutions L.L.C is seeking an experienced AV Technician to install, configure and test AV equipment such as Samsung Smart TVs, interactive boards, LED displays and audio systems. The role includes setting up meeting room management systems and ensuring reliable conferencing performance.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site support for end-users, with emphasis on fast troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with backup teams.

Qualifications

• - Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role.
• - Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment including projectors, screens, audio systems and video conferencing.
• - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing AV equipment.
• - Familiarity with network configurations and cable management.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
• - Malayalam and Telugu language knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of AV equipment including Samsung TVs, interactive boards, LED screens, audio and conferencing systems.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting through routine inspections, diagnostics, and component replacement.
• Software support for AV applications like Meetio, Zoom and meeting room management software.
• On-site support for end-users and coordination with backup team as needed.
• Documentation of maintenance, tests and technical reports.
