Job summary

RIMOWA in Dubai is seeking an Omnichannel Operations Senior Executive to lead daily operational standards across directly operated stores and regional e-commerce.

You will coordinate with franchise partners, oversee end-to-end order flows, and support boutique openings while tracking KPIs and driving improvements across merchandising, supply chain, and customer service. International travel across the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or luxury e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel order flows and dependencies.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with Excel and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational standards across all directly operated stores.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for store managers on escalations and SOPs.
• Interface with franchise and JV partners across the Middle East, India, and new markets; conduct regular audits and onboarding.
• Own end-to-end operational workflow for regional e-commerce: orders, returns, credits, and fulfillment.
• Master Omnichannel Order Flow and coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Support boutique openings, renovations, and regional events from an operational readiness standpoint.
• Monitor operational KPIs across channels, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
• Coordinate escalated cases—such as chargebacks, DPD claims, and fraud—with Finance, Logistics, and CSC.

Job Responsibilities

Your mission

• Oversee day-to-day operational standards across all directly operated stores, ensuring alignment with global guidelines on processes, tools, and client experience.
• Act as the primary operational contact for store managers on escalations, SOP implementation, and process improvement.
• Act as the regional operational interface for all franchise and JV partners across the Middle East, India, and new markets, conducting regular audits and onboarding new partners.
• Own the end-to-end operational workflow for the regional e-commerce channel: order processing, returns, credit notes, and fulfillment tracking.
• Master the Omnichannel Order Flow and its interdependencies with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to continuously improve the client experience.
• Support boutique openings, renovations, and regional events from an operational readiness standpoint.
• Monitor operational KPIs across channels, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions or lead improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate on escalated operational cases—such as chargebacks, DPD claims, and fraud—working closely with Finance, Logistics, and CSC for timely resolution.

Your Experience And Skills

• Proven experience in retail and/or e-commerce operations, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel order flows and their interdependencies with merchandising, supply chain, and customer service.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong mastery of MS Excel and digital tools; experience with order management / ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to lead rollouts and initiatives across multiple markets.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable managing external franchise partners and service providers.
• Willingness to travel across the region as required.
