Sephora USA, Inc. seeks a Director of Retail & Omnichannel Technology to define the technology strategy for Sephora Middle East retail and omnichannel platforms.

The role leads three verticals: Retail Solutions, Omnichannel Solutions & Support, and Digital Engineering, partnering with global teams to deliver scalable technology and business value. You will drive governance, KPIs, and delivery excellence across store tech, OMS, order fulfillment, and digital engineering, while ensuring security,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Retail Technology, Omnichannel, Digital Commerce, or related tech functions.
• Experience leading multi-site retail technology programs and store tech modernization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Retail, POS implementations, OMS, and omnichannel journeys.
• Understanding of compliance, payment, data privacy in Middle East region.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to simplify technical decisions for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Retail & Omnichannel Technology strategy and roadmap.
• Govern architecture, delivery risk, and non-functional requirements with executive reporting.
• Establish KPIs for availability, performance, and service quality with stakeholders.
• Lead Retail Tech for store operations, POS, payments, inventory, and store integrations.
• Oversee Omnichannel tech: unified commerce journeys, OMS, and order fulfillment.
• Develop Digital Engineering capabilities across APIs, cloud, CI/CD, and observability.
