Job summary

Sephora Middle East, part of LVMH, is seeking a Director of Retail and Omnichannel Technology to define and execute the technology strategy across Sephora stores and digital channels in the Middle East region.

You will lead three verticals—Retail Solutions, Omnichannel Solutions & Support, and Digital Engineering & Platforms—driving governance, architecture, and measurable business value while building a high-performing regional team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Retail Technology or related functions.
• Experience in large multi-site retail environments managing store tech implementations and modernization programs.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary technology teams and partner effectively with product owners.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Retail & Omnichannel Technology strategy, roadmap, and KPIs.
• Own technology lifecycle for store capabilities including POS, devices, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Lead omnichannel journeys, order management, and unified commerce integrations.
• Develop and lead Digital Engineering capabilities across APIs, cloud, automation, CI/CD, and observability.
• Ensure regulatory, payment, data protection compliance across UAE and region; coordinate with Finance, Legal, Risk.
• Manage technology partners, budgets, and vendor performance to maximize business value.
