Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is hiring an experienced Sales Coordinator – Oil & Gas Trading to support sales, sourcing and commercial operations in UAE. This opportunity is ideal for an Engineering graduate with 3–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas trading, industrial equipment trading or a related technical-commercial environment.

The successful candidate will support the complete quotation and order process, from RFQs to supplier sourcing, costing, quotation preparation, customer follow-up and order

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related discipline preferred.
3–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas trading or related technical-commercial environment.
Proven experience in sales coordination, RFQ management, sourcing, costing, estimation and quotation preparation.
Proven experience in vendor registration and prequalification, preferably with ADNOC, EPC contractors or major Oil & Gas customers.
Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas products such as valves, piping, fittings, flanges, instrumentation, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment or rotating equipment.
Ability to understand technical datasheets, specifications, material standards and customer requirements.
Experience dealing with local and international suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.
Knowledge of Incoterms, international procurement, shipping and commercial documentation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and ERP systems.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple RFQs with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Receive and review customer RFQs, technical specs, quantities and delivery requirements.
Identify appropriate products, materials, manufacturers or suppliers to meet customer needs.
Source oilfield and industrial products from local and international suppliers.
Request and obtain competitive supplier quotations.
Compare offers on price, technical compliance, delivery, origin, warranty, payment terms.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms and commercial arrangements.
Prepare detailed costing sheets, price comparisons, margin calculations and quotations.
Coordinate orders with suppliers, logistics, procurement, finance and internal teams.
