Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a Document Controller for the ADNOC Offshore US Gas Cap Phase 1 project. The role focuses on managing and controlling project documentation to meet company and client standards, while facilitating communication among contractors and clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive document control experience in oil & gas, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with document management systems and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Electronic Documentation Management Systems in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the project document control system in line with procedures.
• Register, distribute, track, and retrieve documents to ensure accessibility.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.
• Prepare transmittals, maintain logs, and generate reports on document status.
