A leading UAE company is seeking a Lead Expeditor in Dubai to manage procurement processes including requisitioning, supplier coordination, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and negotiation skills, and a minimum undergraduate qualification. Experience in EPC or EPCM projects is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years of Relevant Experience.
• Language Preference is English.
• 6 years or more experience in UAE or Middle East.
• Must have experience in any EPC or EPCM projects.

Responsabilidades

• Screening requisitions, material procurement, and maintaining procurement documents.
• Interfacing for budgeting and planning for procurement.
• Processing requisition and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Carrying out order planning and price negotiations.
• Organizing RFP and RFQ documentation.
• Organize and develop RFP and RFQ documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure contractual terms are met.
• Monitor new products to improve cost efficiency.
• Collect data to track KPIs and performance.
• Assist accounts in preparing billing documents.
• Ensure 100% compliance with internal/external audits.

Services Description

• Screening of requisitions, material procurement receipts, physical inspection, stacking, maintaining minimum and maximum level of critical and fast-moving items, maintaining all procurement documents.
• Interfacing with cross-functional departments for budgeting and planning the funds for procurement and monitoring the process for ensuring optimum utilization of materials; securing best cost savings and meeting anticipatory orders for monthly operation.
• Processing the requisition and purchase orders for supplies and equipment; following-up for payments and receivables.
• Participating in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials; developing, implementing purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
• Carrying out order planning, price negotiations and coordinating with suppliers.
• Organize and develop RFP and RFQ documentation according to established policies and procedures to ensure organization requirements are captured effectively.
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers by collecting and providing all required information to ensure contractual terms are met.
• Monitor new products in the marketplace to suggest new initiatives to increase cost efficiency.
• Collect data to ensure continuous tracking of relevant KPIs.
• Assisted accounts department in preparing billing documents.
• 100% compliance of internal/external audit.

Technical Services Personal Requirement

• Minimum Undergraduate Qualification
• Minimum 12 years of Relevant Experience
