Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established maritime organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Executive who will support the company’s growing recruitment needs, spanning technical, offshore, marine, and corporate roles.

The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hires aligned with project demands, while building talent pipelines across GCC and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7–12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in marine/oil & gas sectors.
• Proven ability recruiting for technical, offshore, marine, and project-based personnel.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for marine, offshore, and corporate roles.
• Source and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GulfTalent, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with hiring managers and teams.
• Monitor metrics and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
