Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Project Engineer – Offshore & Subsea for Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role supports offshore survey, subsea, and marine projects from planning through close-out, coordinating with managers, engineers, offshore teams, and vendors.

You will ensure deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards while maintaining project schedules and safety. The position offers permanent employment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to offshore or subsea.
• 4–8 years of project engineering experience in offshore/subsea environments.
• Experience delivering engineering documentation and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain project engineering documentation including tech specs, calculations, method statements, work packs, and procedures.
• Coordinate engineering activities with internal engineers, offshore teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely outputs.
• Review deliverables for compliance with project specs, standards, and codes; manage change control and RFIs.
• Assist with procurement support, material take-offs, vendor document reviews, and equipment selection.
• Prepare progress reports, technical presentations, and project updates for management and clients.
