Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly experienced Senior RBI Engineer to support offshore asset integrity management through RBI programs, risk assessments, and inspection optimization. The role requires close coordination with inspection, corrosion, operations, maintenance and engineering teams to ensure reliability and compliance with API 580/581 and industry standards.

You will develop, implement and maintain RBI plans for offshore facilities, evaluate risks to vessels, piping, heat exchangers and tanks,

Qualifications

• Extensive RBI engineering experience for offshore facilities.
• Experience with API 580 and API 581 RBI methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate risk for pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, tanks.
• Coordinate with inspection, corrosion, operations, maintenance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain RBI assessments for offshore facilities.
• Conduct RBI studies (qualitative, semi-quantitative, quantitative) per API 580/581.
• Evaluate risks for pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, tanks, and related equipment.
• Establish optimized inspection strategies and intervals based on risk.
• Review RBI assessments and update based on findings and changes.
• RBI Program Management and Asset Integrity & Inspection tasks as described.
