Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Engineer to coordinate Asset registers, SPIR documentation, and master data for offshore facilities including WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and foundation brackets.

You will liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations to ensure accurate asset data through project handover and commissioning phases. The role requires extensive offshore experience, strong data discipline, and collaboration across multiple disciplines to ensure compliance and

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-18 years of offshore oil and gas, EPC/EPCI, fabrication, or asset management project experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Coordination, SPIR Management, Master Data Management, or Project Handover.
• Demonstrated offshore facilities experience including WHTs, subsea cables, offshore piping, boat landings, and foundation brackets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset data management and maintain asset registers for offshore projects.
• Review SPIR submissions and coordinate spare parts requirements with vendors and maintenance teams.
• Support engineering deliverables and ensure asset information completeness for project handover.
• Interface with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure turnover dossiers and operation manuals are migrated to CMMS/ERP systems and supported during project close-out.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Industrial Engineering

Professional certifications in Asset Management or Maintenance Management
