You will implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring compliance across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning with ADNOC Offshore requirements and international standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/related field required or equivalent
Lead Auditor ISO 9001 preferred; other certs advantageous
15+ years QA/QC in oil & gas, offshore, EPC or petrochemical projects
Experience with ADNOC Offshore standards and international codes

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Project Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and ADNOC Offshore specs
Review Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Method Statements and Quality Procedures
Monitor compliance of activities with quality requirements and standards
Support Quality Manager to achieve project quality objectives and KPIs
Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore reps, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors during inspections and audits
Witness hydrotesting, pressure testing, NDT, welding, coating, and commissioning activities
