Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer for an offshore project. You will implement and maintain the Project QMS, review QC documentation, and ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore and international standards.

The role requires deep offshore QA/QC expertise and proactive surveillance across fabrication, construction and commissioning phases. Candidate should have extensive experience with ITPs, NDT, welding, and audits, and will liaise with clients and subcontractors to close

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical-related field; ISO 9001 lead auditor preferred.
Certifications in NDE/QA disciplines are advantageous.
Extensive QA/QC experience in offshore oil & gas projects.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the Project QMS per ISO 9001 and ADNOC Offshore specs.
Review PQP, ITPs, method statements and quality procedures.
Conduct quality surveillance of fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate inspections with ADNOC Offshore reps, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Witness hydro/pressure testing and welding inspections; oversee NDT activities.
Manage NCRs, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Support audits and prepare quality performance reports.
