Job summary

KBR is seeking an HSE Manager for an offshore development project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead, develop, implement and continuously improve all Health, Safety, Environment and Occupational Hygiene activities, acting as the focal point for HSE leadership within the PMC team and ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore requirements and UAE regulations.

You will promote an Incident and Injury Free culture, oversee risk management for major hazards, SIMOPS, offshore construction, and commissioning,

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of HSE procedures and standards across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and UAE regulations.
• Promote an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture across all work locations.
• Provide strategic HSE leadership to PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors and crews.
