Job summary

KBR is seeking an HSE Manager for an offshore development project based in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the Health, Safety, Environment and Occupational Hygiene program, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore, UAE regulations and international standards.

You will oversee HSE leadership across EPC contracts, manage MAH and process safety, lead SIMOPS planning, audits, incident investigations, and drive an incident‑and injury‑free culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of overall Oil & Gas experience.
• Minimum 10 years in HSE leadership positions on major offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Demonstrated experience on ADNOC Offshore projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE governance across all project phases and promote ADNOC's Goal Zero culture.
• Manage implementation of project HSE procedures and contractor HSE management.
• Oversee offshore construction, installation, and commissioning HSE activities and audits.
• Lead process safety management and MAH risk control programs.
• Coordinate SIMOPS planning, risk assessments, and permit systems.
• Audit, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions and lessons learned.
