Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a major ADNOC Offshore project based in Abu Dhabi. You will lead and manage all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across engineering, fabrication, construction, offshore installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements and approved HSE plans.

You will provide HSE leadership to multiple contractors, oversee RAMS, PTW, and incident investigations, drive continuous improvement, and report performance to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as HSE Manager on offshore EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, PTW, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee implementation of the overall Project HSE Management Program.
• Develop, review and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures and programs.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE requirements, project requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Provide visible HSE leadership and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project.
• Review and assess EPC Contractor and subcontractor HSE plans, procedures and performance.
• Establish and monitor project HSE objectives, targets and HSE KPIs.
