Job summary

KBR is seeking an HSE Manager for an offshore subsea project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead HSE programs, ensure ADNOC Offshore compliance, and drive a strong safety culture across design, procurement, construction, and startup activities.

The role requires extensive HSE leadership experience in oil & gas, with strong regulatory and incident-investigation capabilities, and collaboration with authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or safety-related field.
• NEBOSH/ISO certifications preferred.
• Minimum 15 years HSE experience in oil & gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor HSE management plans across offshore projects.
• Lead HSE teams; ensure adequate resources and KPI delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE requirements and regs.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate with regulators, ADNOC Offshore, PMC, and contractors.
