KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Digitalization Engineer (Greenfield) to lead digital engineering, information management and digital twin initiatives for a major offshore project in Abu Dhabi.

You will manage data models (PIM/AIM), governance, and cross‑system integration from FEED through handover, collaborating with ADNOC standards and global partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or information systems field.
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, energy, petrochemical or major infrastructure projects.
• 7+ years in Digitalization, Information Management or Smart Asset implementation.
• Proven experience in Greenfield Offshore EPC/EPCI projects.
• Experience with Digital Twin and Asset Information Management implementations.
• Ability to lead digitalization strategy and governance aligned with ADNOC standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project digitalization strategies in line with ADNOC Offshore standards.
• Define digital engineering requirements, workflows, data standards and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate project digital execution plans across EPC contractors and vendors.
• Lead implementation of Digital Engineering and Smart Asset methodologies for greenfield offshore facilities.
• Develop and maintain Project Information Models (PIM) and Asset Information Models (AIM).
• Define metadata standards, data taxonomy and information classification schemes.
• Coordinate integration between engineering design systems, DMS, asset management, and analytics platforms.
• Lead preparation and verification of digital handover packages to operations.
