Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Process Engineer - Greenfield to lead design and delivery of offshore process engineering for ADNOC Offshore projects, supporting FEED through commissioning.

The role requires extensive experience in offshore oil and gas, process simulations (Aspen HYSYS, Pipesim), and adherence to ADNOC standards; collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Fifteen+ years of Process Engineering experience in Oil & Gas preferred.
• Eight+ years in offshore facilities and greenfield projects preferred.
• Experience with ADNOC or regional offshore projects is a plus.
• FEED and Detailed Engineering experience for large EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore process engineering activities for greenfield facilities, including wellhead platforms and export systems.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, Process Design Basis and Narratives.
• Perform heat and material balance, hydraulic analysis, pressure relief, and flare studies.
• Conduct process simulations using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent.
• Ensure process integrity and optimization of production systems.
• Support Concept Selection, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design phases.
• Prepare equipment specs and data sheets; support vendor reviews.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ADNOC/PMC interfaces.
• Support construction, commissioning and start-up activities with field teams.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore Standards and international codes.
