Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer for a PMC Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on deploying operational technologies across exploration drilling, field development and production, ensuring integration with asset lifecycle objectives.

You will lead deployment projects from start to finish, require a Bachelor's in Instrumentation Engineering and 10–12 years of experience, with strong digitalization know-how and proficient communication and people

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–12 years of experience; including experience in engineering requirements.
• Extensive experience in digitalization of oil fields and knowledge of technical software/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deploy operational technologies across multiple domains (exploration drilling, field development, production).
• Manage deployment projects from start to finish ensuring integration with asset lifecycle goals.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.

The role is critical in supporting the successful deployment of operational technologies across various domains including exploration drilling field development and production The role will involve managing deployment projects from start to finish ensuring that technology solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• 10 -12 years of experience; including at least experience in Engineering requirements.
• Extensive experience in Digitalization of Oil fields. Excellent knowledge of technical Software applications & workflows.
• Proficient communication interpersonal and people management skills.
