Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Engineering Manager Offshore (Gas Cap) with extensive FEED experience for high-profile Middle East projects. You will lead and coordinate offshore engineering across multiple disciplines, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

With 20+ years in the oil & gas sector and a track record of managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams, you will guide technical decisions, drive risk management, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in management or equivalent.
• Minimum 20+ years experience in oil & gas with broad EPC experience on major projects, including at least 10 years as Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all offshore engineering disciplines including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project objectives, specifications, and company standards.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve multidisciplinary engineering issues.
• Ensure engineering activities are executed within approved schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Monitor engineering progress and identify risks affecting project milestones.
• Support achievement of key project gates and readiness reviews.
