Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Engineering Manager Offshore (Gas Cap) to lead all offshore engineering disciplines on high-profile Middle East FEED projects. The role requires technical leadership, schedule and cost control, and risk mitigation across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation.

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet objectives, specs, and company standards.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve multidisciplinary engineering issues.
• Monitor progress and identify risks affecting project milestones.
• Support achievement of key project gates and readiness reviews.
