Wood in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced PMC Procurement Manager with FEED expertise for high-profile Middle East projects. You will establish procurement strategies, align with project schedules, manage RFQs/RFPs, and lead negotiations with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and supply chain (required).
• 20+ years of procurement experience in oil and gas (preferred).
• Experience on ADNOC offshore projects or similar Middle East offshore developments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offshore facilities design and engineering interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall project procurement strategy.
• Establish procurement execution plans aligned with project schedules.
• Define sourcing strategies for major equipment, materials and contracts.
• Identify long-lead items and establish procurement priorities.
• Ensure procurement objectives support project delivery milestones.
• Oversee RFQs, RFPs, and tender package preparation and evaluation.
• Coordinate bid evaluations and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers.
• Recommend contract awards and purchase orders.
• Manage vendor prequalification and ongoing performance.
• Monitor procurement schedules, milestones and delivery risks.
• Support value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
