Job summary

Avsar Global is seeking an experienced Crewing Officer to manage crew rotations, changes, documentation and operational coordination for offshore vessels based in Abu Dhabi. You must have 2–3 years in a crewing role with DP2 PSV, AHTS or Tow Tug vessels, be knowledgeable about STCW and Flag State requirements, and possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR/Business Admin.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP crew systems is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of crewing experience in a crewing officer or similar vessel crew management role.
• DP2 PSV, AHTS, and Tow Tug vessel experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of STCW requirements and Flag State regulations.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration (HR) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew rotations, crew changes, and mobilization for offshore vessels.
• Ensure MSM, project requirements, and maritime regulations are met for all crew.
• Verify crew documentation: passports, certificates, medicals, contracts, and other documents.
• Coordinate crew travel, visa processing, and joining formalities; monitor movements and timesheets.
• Prepare crew approvals for officers with major clients, ensuring timely joinings.
