Job summary

You will coordinate onboarding, documentation, payroll follow-up, and records while ensuring responsive support for operational needs and regulatory compliance. English fluency and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in crewing or maritime operations.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and labour law.
• Fluent English and good command of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilize crew assignments to match project requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Recruit and onboard maritime personnel, coordinating integration and development.
• Manage crew administration, contracts, payroll follow-up, leaves and records.
• Monitor certifications and compliance with ADNOC/ARAMCO and other client requirements.
• Handle visa applications and immigration processes for crew members.

Within the Crewing Department your main responsibilities will include Managing crew planning and mobilization by ensuring the optimal assignment of seafarers according to project requirements while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Recruiting and onboarding maritime personnel by identifying suitable candidates coordinating their integration and supporting their professional development to meet the company s operational and strategic needs
Managing crew administration and employment contracts including payroll follow-up leave management and personnel records while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
Monitoring compliance and certifications by ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and maintaining up-to-date mandatory certifications contributing to the safe and efficient execution of operations
Managing visa applications and immigration-related processes for crew members
Ensuring compliance with client accreditation requirements including ADNOC and ARAMCO registration and approval processes b Profile b b b
