Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with offshore background to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and to approved quality and safety standards while coordinating EPC contractors and subcontractors.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, enforce HSE policies, and drive closeout through pre-commissioning and handover.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities by EPC contractors and subcontractors across disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation).
• Ensure activities follow IFC drawings, project specs, ITPs, and ADNOC standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, equipment, productivity, and front readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Conduct site inspections and walkdowns to identify deviations and delays.
• Monitor contractor compliance with PTW, JSA, risk assessments, and safety controls.
