Job summary

Penspen Ltd. is seeking a Construction Superintendent (Structure) to supervise structural construction on our UAE projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong leadership to manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to schedules and specifications.

Ideal candidates bring extensive offshore fabrication experience, deep knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly while interfacing with subcontractors. ADNOC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 18 years of experience, 10 years in oil and gas.
• Experience in offshore fabrication activities.
• Extensive experience in structural construction and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and construction processes.
• Ability to manage teams, solve technical issues, and interact with subcontractors.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
