Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer for offshore projects with ADNOC commitments. You will oversee offshore construction, installation readiness, and coordination among EPC contractors, offshore installation teams, and PMC staff to ensure safe, on-time delivery within project standards.

The role requires strong HSE discipline, adherence to project specs, and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules and budgets in a challenging offshore

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore construction supervision and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and offshore HSE requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with EPC contractors, offshore installation contractors, and PMC teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor offshore construction and installation activities per plans and ADNOC requirements.
• Oversee platform, jacket, topside, and piping installation and readiness.
• Coordinate with fabrication yards, marine operations, QA/QC, HSE and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with IFC/AFC drawings and project specifications and procedures.
• Escalate critical issues to the PMC Construction Manager and ensure safe execution.
