Role Overview

Recruitment team is seeking a highly experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic real estate office. This role requires a hand on professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and high-performing workplace. The Office Manager will act as the central point of contact between executive management, staff, vendors, and VVIP clients, helping maintain the premium standards expected within Dubai’s luxury property market.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Administration

  • Oversee and enhance office procedures, systems, and workflows to ensure efficiency.
  • Organize office layouts, allocate workspace, and ensure smooth day to day functioning.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships while adhering to budgets.
  • Handle scheduling, executive calendars, and internal communications.

Executive & VVIP Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, COO, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate high-profile property viewings, luxury room arrangements, and VVIP visits.
  • Organize and execute corporate events, broker gatherings, and client appreciation functions.

Staff Coordination & Leadership

  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Support onboarding processes, training, and orientation for new employees.
  • Stay informed about organizational changes and provide proactive administrative support.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or property management tools.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Event planning expertise for luxury gatherings and corporate functions.
  • High-level discretion and the ability to manage confidential information
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role (real estate or luxury industries preferred).
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required. Russian or European languages are highly preferred for serving international clientele.
