Job summary

Enclave Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an Off Plan Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience to capitalize on Dubai's off-plan market and convert leads into clients and property transactions.

You will work with fresh leads, supported by marketing and telesales resources, plus visa and health insurance. Ongoing training will help you advance within a results-driven brokerage focused on growth and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities and payment plans.
• Experience selling off-plan residential or commercial properties.
• Good understanding of property investment opportunities and current market trends.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert fresh leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.

We are looking for a results-driven Off Plan Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and property transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities and payment plans.
