Job summary

Atara Development is seeking a Real Estate Development Relationship Manager in Dubai to drive sales of premium off-plan residential projects. You will conduct viewings, present projects, and engage with high-net-worth clients and investors.

Join a forward-thinking developer and collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan strategic sales campaigns. A strong track record in Dubai real estate, broker network, and CRM proficiency are essential, with immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in Dubai real estate development sales.
Proven track record in selling off-plan properties.
Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers.
Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects.
Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold client consultations
Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers for long-term partnerships
