Job summary

VIP Brokerage in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Off-Plan Property Consultant to convert fresh leads into bookings. You will qualify buyers and investors, present payment plans and ROI scenarios, and close deals through to the SPA with hands-on support from a structured team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years UAE off-plan sales experience; closed deals preferred.
• ADREC broker card, or ability to obtain one.
• Strong closing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, German, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up on buyers and investors
• Present projects, payment plans and ROI scenarios
• Run client meetings, launch events and sales-centre visits
• Negotiate and close bookings, then manage each client through to SPA and handover
• Keep your CRM updated and hit monthly and quarterly targets
