HMJ Equity Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an ambitious Off-Plan Property Consultant to convert fresh leads into sales and guide investors through launches and investments. You will manage the full journey from enquiry to SPA, attending launches and staying ahead of market trends.
Based in the UAE, you will leverage in-house marketing to close deals, earning uncapped commissions starting at 50%, with monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives and visa support.
Qualificações
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Sales experience in a client-facing role.
- Real estate or off-plan experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Convert daily fresh leads into off-plan sales.
- Advise investors and buyers on new launches and investment opportunities.
- Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to reservation and SPA.
- Attend developer launches and project events.
- Stay ahead of new projects and market trends.
- Build long-term client relationships and referrals.
