Job summary

Open Home Properties LLC is seeking a proactive Property Investment Consultant in Abu Dhabi to advise investors on buy-and-hold, off-plan and luxury property opportunities. You will analyze client objectives, present investment-ready projects and manage a high-value sales pipeline.

In this commission-based role, you will conduct presentations, arrange property viewings, and negotiate closings while maintaining CRM records and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Present off-plan, ready and investment-focused real estate projects.
• Explain pricing, payment plans, rental potential and market considerations.
• Manage leads and conduct client consultations and investment presentations.
• Arrange property viewings, developer visits and project presentations.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
• Maintain CRM and client activity records.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, open houses.
