Job summary

Exclusive Links Real Estate Brokers in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Off Plan Property Advisor to join our Off Plan Investment Team. You will assess buyer needs, explain options, and guide clients through the reservation and documentation.

You will build relationships with developers, stay updated on launches and incentives, and generate business through referrals, your network, and company inquiries. You will use KEYFLOW CRM to track next steps and stay proactive.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.
• Ability to explain numbers and development details clearly.
• Client-first approach and ability to build trust with buyers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify buyers and investors by understanding budget, timescale, purpose and decision process.
• Recommend suitable developments and explain locations, pricing, payment plans, completion dates and risks.
• Build relationships with developers and stay informed about launches, incentives and progress.
• Generate business through company enquiries, referrals and an active network.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations and site visits; guide buyers through reservation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and next steps in KEYFLOW CRM; follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business for advice on ready properties, mortgages or vacation homes.
• Represent Exclusive Links with professionalism, transparency and client care.
