Job summary

HMJ Equity Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an ambitious Off-Plan Property Consultant to convert fresh leads into sales and guide investors through launches and investments. You will manage the full journey from enquiry to SPA, attending launches and staying ahead of market trends.

Based in the UAE, you will leverage in-house marketing to close deals, earning uncapped commissions starting at 50%, with monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives and visa support.

Qualifications

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Sales experience in a client-facing role.
• Real estate or off-plan experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.

Looking to build a high-earning career in Dubai’s off-plan market? HMJ Equity Real Estate is expanding its Off-Plan Division and hiring ambitious Property Consultants in Dubai.

We run our own marketing for every new project launch and give our consultants fresh leads daily, so you spend your time advising clients and closing deals, not chasing them.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise investors and buyers on new launches and investment opportunities
