Job summary

VIP Investment Properties Brokerage, a top Abu Dhabi broker, is expanding its team and seeking Real Estate Sales Agents, Leasing Agents and Off-Plan Specialists. We want motivated professionals with at least 1 year of UAE real estate experience who are ready to grow and maximize earnings.

We offer flexible compensation, commission up to 70%, or performance-based salary, fresh leads, marketing and branding support, CRM and sales technology, and career progression toward team leader and senior

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience.
• Off-plan, secondary-market or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/ UAE property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
