Job summary

Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based brokerage founded in 2025, is seeking dynamic real estate professionals with at least 1 year of Dubai market experience. You will leverage off-plan and new launches knowledge, negotiate deals, and close sales while working with a team to meet targets.

You will receive a 50%–70% commission structure, fresh daily leads, full marketing support, telesales and content backup, plus visa and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Off-plan sales and developer knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of new launches and payment plans.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
