Space and Place Real Estate is expanding and we are looking for a motivated Property Consultant specializing in off-plan properties to join our Dubai team. If you have a passion for real estate, strong sales skills and in-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, we want to hear from you.

We offer salary plus commission, a Company Visa, and opportunities to generate a large number of fresh leads, participate in local or international roadshows, and benefit from teamwork and professional

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English + Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Arabic).
• Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Knowledge about Dubai real estate trends.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties across Dubai's leading developers and communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Understand clients investment goals and recommend suitable property opportunities.
• Generate leads, conduct property presentations, and convert prospects into sales.
• Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, market trends and developer offers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
